Terms Of Service

Introduction

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you (referred to as "I" or "me") acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Release"). These terms govern your participation in the spa and/or beauty services provided by Katelin Abel (the "Business").

1. Assumption of Risk

1.1. I understand and acknowledge that participation in spa and/or beauty services may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

- Serious injury, disability, or death;

- Property damage;

- Temporary or permanent physical or psychological discomfort, pain, or suffering;

- Financial loss.

1.2. I am aware that the services offered do not guarantee therapeutic or alternative medicine benefits. The Business cannot ensure that I will experience any specific physical or psychological improvements.

1.3. By voluntarily accessing the premises and requesting services, I accept and assume all risks associated with participation, whether resulting from the ordinary negligence of the Business or otherwise.

2. Waiver and Release of Claims

2.1. I expressly waive and release any and all claims, whether known now or arising in the future, against the Business and its successors, assigns, and affiliates (collectively, "Releasees").

2.2. These claims include, but are not limited to, those arising from:

- Personal or psychological injury;

- Illness, pain, or suffering;

- Temporary or permanent disability;

- Death;

- Property damage;

- Financial loss.

2.3. This waiver applies to claims arising out of ordinary negligence or other causes related to the Business or its Releasees.

3. Entire Agreement

3.1. This Release represents the sole and entire agreement between the Business and me concerning the subject matter. It supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.

3.2. If any provision of this Release is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

4. Binding Effect

4.1. This Release is binding upon and inures to the benefit of the Business, me, and our respective successors and assigns.

5. Governing Law

5.1. This Release shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the Business maintains its primary location.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By participating in the services offered by the Business, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms of Service. I acknowledge the risks involved and waive any claims as outlined above.
